We strive to provide the best customer service, and we have a few policies in place to help us do so!
Our policy lasts 10 business days from the confirmed tracking delivery date. If 10 business days have gone by since your purchase delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition you received it, not worn, not washed and with tags intact. The decision to grant a return/exchange is at the discretion of our customer support agents. Requests for return/exchange must be made within 10 business days from the time your order was received, accompanied by a photo or the item itself if presenting in person.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:
Any limited release, fund-raisers, pre-sales, or custom items purchased from online stores, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange unless your order arrived damaged.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns/Exchanges: Refunds are not provided, no exceptions. Once your item is determined eligible for return/exchange, you will be issued an electronic gift certificate to make a replacement purchase from the same online store of as the original purchase. If your item came from a limited release and/or fundraiser and is no longer available online, our production staff will replace your item in the original size, color, etc. The production time for this could be 5-7 business days.
Starting a Claim:
To start a return or exchange claim, please email email@example.com to get started! Include your order number and a photo of the item, highlighting the area of concern in your photo.
Each item is made especially for you so, please verify you have selected the correct item and size. Once the order is submitted it is considered final. Our items are typically produced and shipped from our facilities 7-14 business days from your order date, or from the closing date for group orders and fundraisers. Once the carrier has possession of your order, Running Threads is no longer responsible for the deliver of the order.
