Artwork Tips for a Better Final Product

Good artwork helps your order move smoothly and look its best. If you’re not sure what type of file you have, send us the best version available and our team will review it.

    Best File Types to Send

Vector artwork is best because it can be resized without becoming blurry.

    .AIAdobe Illustrator (Vector)
    .EPSEncapsulated PostScript (Vector)
    .SVGScalable Vector Graphics (Vector)
    .PDFPortable Document Format (Vector Preferred)
    .PNGHigh-Resolution (300+ DPI)

    Proof Approval

Before production begins, you’ll receive a proof to review and approve. Please check names, spelling, colors, sizes, garment details, and artwork placement carefully before approving. Once a proof is approved, your order moves into production based on the approved details.

    Check spelling and names
    Confirm logo placement
    Review colors
    Verify garment details
Make sure sponsor logos are correct

    Helpful Files to Send

If you don’t have the original artwork file, please still send what you have. Screenshots, photos, website images, Canva files, or social media images can help our art team recreate the artwork if needed. Fees apply

The better the file, the faster we can move forward but imperfect files are still helpful.

    What Can Affect Artwork Quality

    Resolution

For printed designs, artwork should be clear at the size it will be printed. Small or blurry images may not print cleanly, especially on larger designs.

    Color Matching

We match colors as closely as possible based on your artwork, garment, and decoration method. Custom Pantone ink matching is available for screen print orders for an additional fee.

    Sponsor Logos

If your design includes multiple sponsor logos, send the highest-quality version of each logo. This helps the full design look clean, balanced, and professional.

    Artwork Cleanup

If your file needs minor cleanup, our team can often help. If a design needs to be recreated or significantly revised, we’ll let you know before moving forward.

Not Sure If Your Artwork Will Work?

Send us the best file you have and our team can take a quick look. We’ll let you know if the file looks production-ready or if it may need cleanup, recreation, or a higher-quality version before your order moves forward.
